Parents need to schedule their child(ren)’s upcoming lessons. Lessons aren’t scheduled automatically.
There can be no refunds for unscheduled lessons.
In the rare event a tutor may cancel a lesson, we will send you an email explaining how to reschedule it.
The program allows a child to do up to the selected number of lessons per week, starting on the selected start date and continuing for the next 4 weeks.
After midnight Pacific Time on the Saturday before the selected start date the subscription is not refundable even in cases of illness, weather issues, internet or power service interruptions, or other emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Subscription weeks run from Monday through to Sunday. Unused lessons during the week cannot be credited, refunded or rolled over to a future week.
No credit or refund is offered for missed lessons or no shows, regardless of the reason, including student internet issues.
Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew every 4 weeks unless canceled before the subscription renewal date. The renewal date is midnight Pacific Time on the fourth Saturday of the subscription period. Parents can view information on their renewal date in their Parent Hub under subscriptions.
Subscription cancelations will not affect lessons in the current subscription month.
Subscriptions can be upgraded to more lessons per week or downgraded to fewer lessons per week for the next month, prior to the subscription renewal date. Subscription upgrades and downgrades will not affect lessons in the current subscription month.
Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a different time during the same week, subject to lesson availability.
Lessons cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the lesson start time.
PandaTree does not guarantee lesson availability at your preferred time. Advanced bookings (at least 48 hours in advance) are recommended. The same tutor is not necessarily available every day.
Lessons can be put on a vacation hold for up to two weeks at a time. The vacation hold can be set in advance and must be initiated by midnight Pacific Time on the Saturday before the vacation week. Weeks run from Monday through Sunday. Parents can manage vacation holds from their Parent Hub.
In unusual circumstances, PandaTree may need to substitute a tutor for a lesson and will notify the parent in advance by email if that happens.
Monthly subscriptions cannot be shared between siblings.
PandaTree will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day in the U.S.
PandaTree will close early on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve in the U.S. Lessons are available until 3 pm PST (6 pm EST.)
